Contracted Terms & Conditions:

I, the client, understand that neither Selfcare Intuition™ nor Jennifer VanCamp will be held responsible in the unlikely event of any adverse health event(s) arising or if any personal damages were to occur whether related or unrelated to participating in the 1:1 coaching program or using any of the course materials offered by Selfcare Intuition™.  

If I choose to participate in 1:1 coaching and/or as a student in a course offered by Selfcare Intuition Academy™, I understand that all rights are reserved and no portion of the program should be reproduced, stored, nor transmitted to anyone by any means such as electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording, scanning, password sharing, or other.  

If I participate in 1:1 coaching, I have 24 hours before the scheduled call to cancel or reschedule otherwise I will not be refunded.

If I elect to do an installment plan (pay over time), if I were to stop making payments before completing the payment for each remaining installment, I will be dropped from course/product/subscription/etc. that was associated with the payment plan. Access can be granted again by reaching out and continuing the remainder of the payment plan.

I understand that Selfcare Intuition™ grants me access to its course(s) and related materials as well as its future updates for the life of the program(s).

As a Selfcare Intuition Academy™ student, I understand that I could request affiliate status where I could earn a bonus/commission benefit when I successfully refer a peer to enroll into a Selfcare Intuition Academy™ course . Upon the peer completing the payment submission, I the referrer, will receive a commission of 20% of the sale price pre-taxes and pre-fees for each referral that becomes a registered student in the program. I understand that to receive a bonus, the referral must register and pay through the uniquely assigned affiliate link or use a pre-assigned code that is specific to the affiliate, no exceptions).

I understand that due to the digital nature of online courses, that there are no refunds given for the courses within Selfcare Intuition Academy™. All of the 1:1 coaching programs are also non-refundable regardless of payment plan. However, there is potential for 1:1 coaching sessions to be rescheduled when planned and notified well in advanced.

If I choose to privately or publicly share feedback or testimony about the Selfcare Intuition™ courses and/or programs at any point, I promise to provide it honestly and from my own freewill.  

Within the Selfcare Intuition™ community, I will not start nor engage in bullying or disrespectful behaviors of any kind with anyone. If it is later determined that I am not upholding appropriate conduct or it is very apparent that Selfcare Intuition™ is not a good fit, I will be removed from the Selfcare Intuition™ programs, its community, and all of its benefits.
